Job Description
You will sit at the heart of the Ecosystems portfolio, designing experimental, community-focused events that go beyond traditional models. Working across the full event lifecycle, you’ll research emerging trends, curate unconventional speakers, and facilitate meaningful connections between tech's most exciting voices and global leaders, shaping the future of entrepreneurial networking.

What You Will Do
- Research emerging technology trends and identify diverse, up-and-coming voices to curate non-traditional event agendas that resonate with niche communities.
- Nurture authentic relationships with stakeholders, speakers, and portfolio companies, facilitating meaningful introductions and high-value networking opportunities.
- Manage the full event lifecycle from initial concept exploration and validation to operational execution and on-the-day support for experimental programmes.
The ideal candidate
- At least 2 years of professional experience in event production, community building, or content curation within the tech startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to move fast in ambiguous environments with a "scrappy," can-do attitude and strong entrepreneurial problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research and communication skills with the ability to build authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders, from high-profile founders to emerging talent.
