Role Description
The Event Coordinator role at Topnotch Mediauk is a part-time, hybrid position based in Slough, with some flexibility to work from home. The Event Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of events, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and assisting with venue, supplier, and vendor communications.

Day-to-Day Tasks

- Liaising with clients
- Responding to inquiries
- Maintaining event documentation
- Ensuring that all event materials and resources are prepared on time
The role also involves on-site event support, such as overseeing set-up, registration, and guest assistance, as well as post-event follow-up and feedback collection. The Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with the wider team to help ensure each event meets client expectations and operates within budget.
Qualifications
- Skills in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate logistics, timelines, and on-site activities.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Customer Service skills to provide professional, courteous support to attendees and stakeholders.
- Sales-related skills to help promote events, support registrations, and contribute to client relationship building.
- Relevant experience in coordinating events, marketing campaigns, or projects, ideally within media, entertainment, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to attend events and meetings in Slough as required.
- Basic proficiency with common office and event-management software; experience with CRM or ticketing platforms is an advantage.
- Must have South Asian market experience.
