Corporate Events Coordinator – London West End
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Events Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing consultancy based in London’s West End.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, highly organised and passionate about delivering an exceptional 5-star client experience, with the opportunity to take real ownership of a busy calendar of corporate events.
Working closely with senior internal stakeholders, you will coordinate approximately 2–3 events each month, managing the process from initial brief through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Taking event briefs and managing all requirements from end to end
- Researching, sourcing and booking venues
- Managing invitations, RSVPs and guest lists
- Liaising directly with senior-level attendees and clients
- Coordinating seating plans and event materials
- Managing suppliers and event logistics
- Overseeing events on the day to ensure everything runs seamlessly
- Working closely with the lead Partner to ensure each event delivers an exceptional client experience and supports wider business development objectives

Stakeholder management is a key part of this role. You will regularly communicate with C-Suite executives and other senior external stakeholders, so confidence, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.
Attention to detail will also be crucial. Every touchpoint should reflect the quality of the brand, and you will play an important role in ensuring the Partner leading each event is positioned to strengthen client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Is bright, confident, proactive and highly organised
- Has experience working within a fast-paced, professional environment
- Is comfortable communicating with senior and high-profile individuals
- Has prior office-based experience and/or experience working with HNWIs
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service
- Has excellent written and spoken English
