Henry Stewart Events brings together Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Creative Operations practitioners from a wide range of organisations – from media and entertainment, CPG, agencies and non-profits to healthcare, education and government. In-person events are held in New York, London, Los Angeles, and across Australia and include a detailed conference program packed with case studies, workshops, peer-to-peer roundtable discussions and tutorials - plus an exhibition of leading solution providers in the DAM and Creative Operations arena. Recent attendees include The IMF, Netflix, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Christian Louboutin, Saatchi & Saatchi, Universal Pictures and many more well-loved brands, not-for-profits and businesses.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Event Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of a portfolio of 16+ international events. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in event management.
You will work closely with the Event Operations team to support the planning and execution of live and online events, gaining hands-on experience across all logistical aspects of event delivery.
- Reporting to: Head of Event Operations
- Type: Permanent
- Salary: £26,000-28,000 per annum

- Setting up events, courses and webinars on the relevant platforms and populating content
- Managing attendee data, registrations, and reporting
- Speaker liaison
- Delegate communications
- Producing event materials (agendas, signage, badges, collateral)
- Collaborating with content, marketing, and sponsorship teams and external stakeholders
- Providing on-site support at events, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting
- Conducting post-event analysis and reporting
- Providing general administrative support to the Event Operations team

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have the flexibility to travel internationally for the role
- Have the flexibility to assist with online events and webinars in various time zones
- Strong digital literacy, with the confidence to work across systems and pick up new platforms quickly
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous internship or work experience in the event industry
- Familiarity with CMS or CRM systems
