About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, creative and commercially aware Event Co-ordinator to plan and deliver a varied portfolio of events and awards programmes. You’ll be responsible for hands-on execution, working across teams, partners and suppliers to create a great event experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own project and launch plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and post-event reporting.
  • Build trusted relationships with sponsors, partners, senior stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Support develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, websites and partner channels, using insight to improve performance.
  • Lead venue selection, supplier briefings and logistics, including audio visual, catering, design, travel, accommodation and accessibility requirements.
  • Manage awards programmes from entries and judging through to finalists, winners and ceremony delivery.
  • On day delivery —co-ordinating teams, speakers and VIPs, overseeing set-up and resolving issues quickly.
  • Use technology and AI thoughtfully to improve tools, processes, creative production and consistency across the events portfolio.
