Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

We're looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Product Delivery team and support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of professional development and learning events. From webinars and hybrid conferences, you'll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impact on our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with event coordination, administration, hospitality or customer-facing experience who is looking to build a career in events within a globally recognised professional body
No two days are the same. You'll work closely with colleagues, speakers, venues and suppliers to support the successful delivery of events across multiple formats.

You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating event logistics from planning through to delivery
- Managing delegate registrations and event communications
- Supporting the delivery of webinars, virtual and hybrid events
- Liaising with speakers, venues and suppliers
- Preparing event materials and ensuring all event requirements are in place
- Providing on-the-day support for both digital and face-to-face events
- Delivering a first-class customer experience for delegates and stakeholders
- Supporting post-event reporting and evaluation activities
About You
You are someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Whether you're coordinating speakers, supporting delegates or helping an event run seamlessly on the day, you'll be motivated by creating positive experiences and solving problems as they arise. We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, building relationships and making things happen behind the scenes.
You'll likely have:
- Previous experience coordinating events and webinars
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering great experiences
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of virtual event platforms, CRM systems or event management systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
