Trade Mastermind University Headquarters in Peterborough, featuring a 300-seat event arena, state-of-the-art podcast studio, premium training facilities, and Peterborough's first rooftop bar.
As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Event Coordinator to help deliver world-class events and unforgettable client experiences.
The Role
As Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional events that inspire and engage our clients.
This is a fast-paced and exciting role, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves creating memorable experiences, and enjoys managing multiple projects at once.
You will play a key role in ensuring every Trade Mastermind event runs smoothly and is delivered to the highest professional standard.

- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of seminars, workshops, exhibitions, networking events, and company conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, supplier management, delegate materials, and event schedules.
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Welcome and assist delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and guests throughout events.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
- Maintain event timelines, checklists, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Support promotional activities and event communications.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences for all attendees.
- Assist with post-event feedback and reporting to continuously improve future events.
- Represent the Trade Mastermind brand professionally at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Previous experience in an Event Coordinator, Events Executive, or Events Administration role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Confident working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and travel when required for events.
