We’re looking for an organised and proactive Events Delivery Coordinator to join our client’s Marketing team on a 6–7 month maternity cover contract.
You’ll coordinate the delivery of exhibitions, conferences and other external events, working closely with the Marketing Business Partner and UK stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event planning and logistics, ensuring all requirements are in place.
- Manage multiple events, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Support event follow-up, lead handover and post-event analysis.
- Identify what worked well and areas for improvement.
- Occasionally support internal business events.

About You
You’ll be highly organised, structured and able to multitask. Experience in event, exhibition or conference planning would be useful but isn’t essential — we’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation to be in the Fareham office weekly. Event attendance isn’t essential, but UK and occasional international travel may be available, with travel fully provided.
