Events Coordinator – EMEA
Location: Remote
Contract: Part-time, temporary (20 Hours per week)
Reporting to: Director of Event Operations
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of events across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on role covering tradeshows, conferences, workshops, receptions and networking events. You will coordinate multiple priorities, communicate with suppliers and stakeholders, manage event administration and help ensure every event runs smoothly from initial planning through to post-event reporting.

- Support the planning and delivery of EMEA events from start to finish.
- Create event timelines, run sheets and checklists.
- Coordinate event services, including AV, internet, electricity and catering.
- Manage bookings, budgets, invoices and supplier contracts.
- Order products from regional warehouses and track shipments.
- Manage guest lists, registrations and RSVPs.
- Draft professional communications for delegates, speakers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Research venues, suppliers and current event trends.
- Source promotional items, giveaways and merchandise.
- Compare supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Set up lead campaigns in Zuant and support the post-event lead process.
- Act as a main point of contact for event enquiries.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and senior stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and evaluate event performance against objectives and budget.
- Reconcile costs and prepare post-event summary reports.
- Maintain accurate supplier, cost and event records.
