Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll support the Curated Experience Manager in planning and delivering on-site events and activations that bring energy and joy to the campus.

You’ll be at the heart of these experiences, creating warm, memorable interactions for colleagues, clients, and guests alike. With your passion for service, you’ll bring events to life—adding fun, flair, and a personal touch to every encounter. Whether in the community spaces or moving across campus, you’ll be a welcoming presence and a proud ambassador of our client’s brand, culture, and values.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, proactive mindset who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You’ll be detail-oriented, creative, and effortlessly personable—someone who builds rapport naturally and tailors recommendations based on insight and feedback.

If you love going the extra mile and want to be part of a team that makes people smile every day, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a natural host with a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Support event planning, setup, delivery, and vendor onboarding
  • Confidently use systems like Condeco and E-permit
  • Assist with event admin, bookings, and communications
  • Host pop-ups, activations, and campus-wide events (incl. out-of-hours)
  • Ensure safe, high-quality event environments
  • Respond to and manage event tickets via MS Forms or similar

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
