Handle Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth technology company seeking an ambitious Events Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering a range of customer, partner and industry events, including executive dinners, customer panels, networking events, launches and conferences.

This is a rolling contract to start ASAP, based in Central London. Day rate equivalent £45k-£55k based on experience

In this role you will:

  • Manage events from planning through to execution
  • Coordinate invitations, registrations and attendee communications
  • Create event landing pages and event materials
  • Source venues and manage suppliers
  • Organise catering, branding and event logistics
  • Support conference booths, meeting rooms and executive schedules
  • Ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders
