Handle Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth technology company seeking an ambitious Events Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering a range of customer, partner and industry events, including executive dinners, customer panels, networking events, launches and conferences.
This is a rolling contract to start ASAP, based in Central London. Day rate equivalent £45k-£55k based on experience
In this role you will:
- Manage events from planning through to execution
- Coordinate invitations, registrations and attendee communications
- Create event landing pages and event materials
- Source venues and manage suppliers
- Organise catering, branding and event logistics
- Support conference booths, meeting rooms and executive schedules
- Ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience delivering events end-to-end, ideally in a start-up or high-growth business
- Highly levels of organisation with exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and high profile guests
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
