Brocket Hall Event Coordinator
Brocket Hall is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to support the delivery of a variety of events at our distinguished estate. As an integral member of the events team, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing exceptional events including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.
Working closely with the sales, hospitality and golf team, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests and uphold the high standards for which Brocket Hall is renowned. Responsibilities
- Take charge of organizing and coordinating every detail of events, from the very first progress meeting post-sale all the way through to their successful completion.
- Keep communication with clients clear, timely, and proactive to fully understand and exceed their expectations.
- Lead thorough progress meetings with clients and monitor payment status in line with company policies.
- Seamlessly coordinate logistics, including venue setup, equipment, staffing, and catering to create flawless events.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as catering, housekeeping, golf, and maintenance to guarantee event readiness.
- Manage event timelines and schedules meticulously to ensure every task is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Plan and deliver engaging internal Sales & Marketing events throughout the year, boosting brand presence.
- Be the go-to support on event days, overseeing smooth operations and swiftly resolving any challenges.
- Keep event records and reports accurate and up-to-date for seamless event management.
- Proactively upsell additional estate offerings to clients, enhancing their experience.
- Assist with post-event evaluations by collecting valuable feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Gather all necessary marketing materials for events with enthusiasm and dedication.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned and grow your skills.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or event assistant roles within hospitality, events, or a related industry, including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing client communication.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams such as catering, housekeeping, golf, or maintenance.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet event demands.
- Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with event management software is advantageous.
