Events Coordinator
£30,000-£34,000 + bonus (£45,000 OTE)
Location / Working Model: UK-wide travel | Hybrid, 1 day WFH per week
Our client is an ambitious, rapidly growing consumer brand that has helped establish a new category within the UK pet-food market. Having grown from a two-person startup into a business serving more than 60,000 cats nationwide, the organisation is continuing to expand its presence across the UK. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where your work will help deliver memorable customer experiences at some of the UK’s busiest events, retail locations and lifestyle destinations.
The Events Coordinator will take ownership of the planning, preparation and delivery of a growing programme of UK-wide events and brand activations, ensuring every activation is well organised, fully stocked and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Role Highlights
- Coordinate the logistics behind events and activations, from preparation through to breakdown.
- Lead, brief and support a network of freelance logistics contractors.
- Identify operational challenges and introduce practical processes to improve event delivery.
- Travel across the UK to personally set up and dismantle selected events and activations.
- Manage event assets and stock, ensuring teams have everything required to deliver successfully.

You Will Need
- Previous experience in events, logistics, event operations or a closely related environment.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with pride in delivering polished events.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and confidence finding solutions when plans change.
- Experience coordinating, briefing, training or managing people.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
