Events and Industry Supplier Coordinator
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Full time

The Opportunity
We are delighted to be recruiting for an Events and Industry Supplier Coordinator to join a highly respected professional organisation within the UK property industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, personable, and proactive individual who loves working with people and enjoys a role where no two days are quite the same.
Working as part of the Events team, you will play an important role in helping to coordinate a busy calendar of events, while also building and maintaining relationships with industry suppliers and supporting the wider commercial team.
This is a varied role combining events coordination, administration, supplier management, customer service, and accounts support, so would suit somebody who is exceptionally organised, confident communicating with different people, and genuinely enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of industry events, conferences, webinars, and online events
- Booking venues and hotel accommodation and coordinating event logistics
- Liaising with members and non-members regarding event bookings and enquiries
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with industry suppliers
- Managing supplier administration, contracts, and account queries
- Raising invoices and purchase orders and ensuring accounts remain up to date
- Working with external event suppliers and coordinating requirements
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, records, and administrative systems
- Supporting website updates and event communications
- Working closely with the Events Manager, commercial, sales, and marketing teams
- Monitoring event inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Attending face-to-face events when required
- Hosting webinars and online events
- Meeting and talking with attendees and members at exhibitions and events
- Supporting the organisation of a major national industry conference

About You
We are looking for somebody who is naturally organised, approachable, and confident dealing with people.
You will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- At least one year's customer service experience
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of Outlook
- The ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously
- A genuine team mentality and willingness to get stuck in when needed
- The confidence to communicate with suppliers, members, and colleagues at all levels
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
Previous experience within events would certainly be advantageous; however, we are equally interested in somebody with strong coordination, administration, or customer service experience who has the personality and organisational ability to develop within the role.
