As an Event Day Steward, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping to deliver safe, secure and unforgettable experiences for every fan who walks through our doors. From welcoming guests and guiding them around the venue to providing exceptional customer service and supporting crowd safety, you'll play a key role in the success of every event.

You'll be a visible and approachable presence, assisting visitors with information, monitoring designated areas, conducting safety checks and responding professionally to any incidents that arise. Working closely with colleagues and venue management, you'll help create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer care are maintained throughout every event.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

We're looking for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced event environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our guests. You'll be friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with visitors, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will remain calm and professional under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has a positive experience. You'll be reliable, professional and committed to maintaining the highest standards while being comfortable spending extended periods on your feet during events.

To be successful in this role, you'll hold an NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety, along with previous stewarding experience within a stadium, arena or similar venue is essential; as is possession of an SIA Licence, which is desirable.

The Process?

If you love the atmosphere of live events and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you. We're looking for people who can work across a range of events throughout the year, with shifts typically taking place on evenings and weekends when the action happens.

Assessment Centres will be held on Saturday 3 October and Sunday 4 October 2026, and successful candidates will join us from Friday 23 October 2026. Join the team and play your part in creating unforgettable experiences for thousands of fans.
