Contract: Fixed-Term Contract to November 2027

The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, The Staysure Legends Tour and the HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly motivated Event Delivery Coordinator to join our Ryder Cup Event Delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the planning and delivery of the Ryder Cup 2027 at Adare Manor, supporting operational activities both in the lead-up to the event and on-site during tournament delivery.

Working at the heart of a fast-paced operations team, you'll help coordinate projects, manage logistics, support stakeholders and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities that contribute directly to the success of one of the world's most prestigious sporting events.

What You'll Be Doing

As Event Delivery Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative, operational and logistical support across the Event Delivery function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating team meetings, workshops and planning sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements and logistics.
  • Supporting travel planning and coordination, including flights, accommodation, transport and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintaining and administering project management tools, trackers and team reporting systems.

  • Maintaining accurate operational records, documentation and filing systems.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members and contractors.
  • Producing reports, presentations and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Taking meeting minutes, tracking actions and following up on key deliverables.
  • Administering the purchase order process and supporting budget tracking activities.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Event Delivery team on-site during the final delivery phase of Ryder Cup 2027 at Adare Manor.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
