Events Executive
Salary: £23,445 per annum (£46,890 full-time equivalent)
Location: Teddington, UK
Working Arrangement: Hybrid, working between the Teddington office and home by agreement with the line manager
Contract: Temporary, part-time
Hours: 17.5 hours per week (2.5 days)
Overview
Our client, an international charity, is seeking an Events Executive to manage and develop events within its church partnerships team. This is a relationship-focused role combining event planning, stakeholder engagement and organisation. You will work with church leaders and colleagues across the organisation to deliver engaging events, strengthen partnerships and develop new approaches to supporter engagement. The role offers a supportive team environment with opportunities to test new ideas and continually improve the organisation's events programme.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage events for church partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with church leaders and other external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, field teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders.
- Create opportunities for church leaders and communities to engage with the organisation's work.
- Develop and improve approaches to event delivery and engagement.
- Test new ideas and contribute to the ongoing development of the events programme.

Requirements
- Strong event planning and organisational skills.
- Confident and proactive approach to building relationships.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to organise work effectively.
- Strong collaborative working skills.
