Event Executive

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Event Executive to become part of our Sales Team.

Our guests already expect exceptional service, comfortable spaces, and great food—but you’ll help elevate their experience even further. As an Event Executive, you’ll be the person who brings their vision to life. From guiding them through our event options to ensuring every detail is perfectly executed, you’ll help create warm welcomes, seamless experiences, and unforgettable moments that keep guests returning time and time again.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare key sales documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Create information packs, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Use effective sales techniques to maximise revenue while nurturing guest loyalty
  • Champion our brand image both internally and externally
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and guests, providing clear and friendly information about hotel facilities and services
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with essential administrative and office tasks

In this role you’ll work 40 hours per week across five days, primarily Monday to Friday during daytime hours. There may be occasions when weekend or evening cover is needed for show rounds or to personally welcome your clients on their event day — after all, you won’t want to miss the smile on their faces when they see your hard work come to life.
