We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Event Executive to become part of our Sales Team.

Our guests already expect exceptional service, comfortable spaces, and great food—but you’ll help elevate their experience even further. As an Event Executive, you’ll be the person who brings their vision to life. From guiding them through our event options to ensuring every detail is perfectly executed, you’ll help create warm welcomes, seamless experiences, and unforgettable moments that keep guests returning time and time again.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively engage with clients on a daily basis to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and generating repeat bookings.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and guests, providing clear and friendly information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Use effective sales techniques to maximise revenue while nurturing guest loyalty.
  • Conduct personalised show rounds of the hotel for prospective clients, showcasing facilities and promoting event and accommodation opportunities.
  • Create bespoke event packages for corporate, social and private events, tailored to meet individual client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed client quotations including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the booking process.
  • Proactively upsell food and beverage packages, accommodation, and additional services to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Create information packs, brochures, and promotional materials to support sales activities and showcase the hotels offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across all hotel departments to foster a positive, efficient and cohesive working environment.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with essential administrative and office tasks.

In this role you’ll work 40 hours per week across five days, primarily Monday to Friday during daytime hours. There may be occasions when weekend or evening cover is needed for show rounds or to personally welcome your clients on their event day — after all, you won’t want to miss the smile on their faces when they see your hard work come to life.
