Role Overview

Our client is a growing consumer-focused organisation with an ambitious programme of trade shows, product launches, sponsorship activity and live experiences. You’ll join a role where your work is highly visible, bringing brand experiences to life across major industry events and consumer-facing activations. From early planning and supplier coordination through to being the key contact on site, you’ll have ownership of the detail that makes an event memorable, professional and commercially effective. If you enjoy turning creative ideas into well-executed experiences and thrive when there are multiple moving parts to manage, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Role Highlights

The Event Lead will:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product launches, brand activations and major live events.
  • Coordinate trade show presence, including stand planning, production, logistics and on-site delivery.
  • Turn sponsorship opportunities into visible, engaging brand experiences and manage associated deliverables.
  • Brief creative partners and production suppliers to deliver stands, staging, experiences and bespoke installations.
  • Manage venues, technical requirements, staffing, merchandise, budgets, timelines and post-event reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
