Events Executive, Hosted Buyers & Production (Coffee & Hospitality)

Coffee Ventures Europe | London, hybrid | £25k to £35k | Start as soon as possible

Europe’s biggest coffee chains and hospitality groups come to our events. Your job is to decide who is in the room, then help run the room.

We produce some of the most respected and exciting events in the sector; the European Coffee Symposium + COHO in Berlin and Venice, the UK Coffee Leader Summit + COHO in London, and the Paris and Amsterdam Coffee Festivals. Our B2B events bring together 2,500+ senior decision makers and 250+ suppliers, for cutting-edge programmes of curated 1:1 meetings, industry talks, awards and genuine, in-person, human connection.

We are a small, ambitious team that operates at a high level. We think big, move fast and hold ourselves to an uncompromising standard in everything we produce. The relationships we build across the sector are at the heart of what we do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll work directly with and report to our COO and learn how a European B2B event gets made, end to end: audience, production, programming, live delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Find and win senior buyers across Europe: research, LinkedIn, email, phone
  • Own the data: CRM, attendee lists, meeting schedules. Clean, accurate, trusted by the team
  • Build the 1:1 meeting programme and run it live onsite in Berlin, London and Venice
  • Nurture genuine buyer relationships, year round
  • Look after attendees from registration to onsite care
  • Get stuck into production and programming as the events approach

Who this is for

  • Driven, sharp and reliable. You own projects, pick things up quickly and spot what’s wrong before anyone tells you
  • Team player. Hungry to learn the whole business, not just your corner of it
  • Highly organised and able to juggle outreach, data, coordination, and production at once
  • People oriented. Genuine, personable and an excellent communicator
  • In or around coffee and hospitality already, or obsessed with it
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential. French, German, Spanish or Italian a bonus
