Events Executive

Salary: £23,445 per annum (FTE £46,890)
Location: Teddington, England
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – home and office working by agreement with the line manager
Hours: Part-time, 17.5 hours per week (2.5 days)

Overview

Our client, an international development charity, is looking for an Events Executive to manage and develop events supporting its partnerships and fundraising activity.

This role will focus on creating high-quality events and trips that strengthen relationships with key supporters and funders. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders and donors, with scope to test new ideas and develop the organisation’s approach to events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run and manage events within the partnerships team.
  • Develop events and trips that strengthen engagement with supporters and funders.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Work with colleagues, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to deliver effective events.
  • Support opportunities for individual donors to engage with causes and issues important to them.
  • Test new ideas and help develop the approach to future events and trips.
