Working across our luxury brands - Elite Traveler, Spear's, The World of Fine Wine and The World of Fine Spirits - this is a diverse and exciting opportunity for a highly organised and creative Events Producer who is equally comfortable supporting the production and operational delivery of world-class events, conferences and bespoke experiences.
While most events are based in London, we also deliver events globally, including in the US and Middle East.
What you’ll do
- Support on event operations planning and delivery from concept to execution across all publication brands
- Support on-site event management, including international events
- Research venues and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing budgets
- Deliver outstanding service to sponsors, clients, and guests
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and editorial teams to ensure audience alignment across operations and production of events
- Produce and project manage events, including full-day conferences and bespoke experiences
- Work with our editors-in-chief to recruit high-level speakers for events and develop strong relationships within the community
- Produce clear and concise briefing documents for speakers and event moderators in advance of events
- Research and write cutting-edge agendas and synopses that are editorially robust and commercially viable
- Assist with creating original and innovative marketing copy to drive delegate engagement and create event buzz
- Manage multiple projects and tight timelines with professionalism and poise

What we’re looking for
- Proven track record of managing events end-to-end
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident budget manager
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally
- Creative and resourceful with a solutions-focused mindset
- Willing and able to travel internationally as part of the role
- Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This role follows our hybrid working approach, with employees typically working from home one-two days per week.
