We're currently partnering with Monster Energy on the search for an Event Experience Coordinator, to help make sure their sports and events deliver the kind of experiences people remember. 🏁

This is a fast-moving, hands-on coordination role. You’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind the team - keeping projects moving, managing the detail and jumping in wherever needed to make sure everything comes together. 💥

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 🏆

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of Monster’s sports and events.
  • Keeping project plans, timelines and team activity on track. 📋
  • Coordinating travel, hotels, transfers and itineraries for guests and hosts. ✈️
  • Supporting staff, guests and partners onsite at events. 🎟️
  • Managing the Event Experience Portal and helping improve the way it works.
  • Supporting budgets, contracts, payments, suppliers and procurement. 💼
  • Coordinating meetings, calls and internal project activity.
  • Managing partner and guest gifting. 🎁
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. 🤝
  • Providing hands-on support when things don’t go to plan — including out of hours when needed.
  • Travelling to events to support onsite execution. 🌍

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💪

  • Strong administration, organisation and IT skills.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, PA/EA or project coordination.
  • Confidence managing travel, schedules, logistics and multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 🤝
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable coordinating people, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting budgets and project administration.
  • Flexible and happy to travel and provide onsite event support. 🌍
  • An international driving licence and confidence driving abroad.
