About The Role
We are looking for a new Event Health & Safety Advisor. This is a hands-on, on-site position responsible for the health, safety and welfare of staff, contractors, participants and visitors across our portfolio of large-scale UK events. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations to implement safety protocols, lead risk assessments, and ensure compliance throughout the planning, build, live and breakdown phases of each event.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead H&S operations on-site across multiple large-scale event locations
- Carry out site inspections and visits throughout event lifecycles
- Ensure compliance with UK safety legislation and best practice
- Liaise with event teams, contractors and local authorities on consistent safety standards
- Investigate incidents and coordinate follow-up actions and reporting
- Provide practical guidance on safe working practices
- Build a positive H&S culture with stakeholders at all levels
- Lead contractor management and CDM 2015 compliance

What We're Looking For
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Proven H&S experience on outdoor, consumer-facing events
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015
- Confident handling sensitive situations with diplomacy and clarity
- Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, practical guidance
- Experience with H&S management systems
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
