Compensation: $80-$160 per hour

We are seeking experienced professionals from the event planning, hospitality management, guest services, and related service industries to contribute to high-impact evaluation projects. In this role, you will review, assess, and provide structured feedback on industry-specific documents and professional work products, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

This opportunity is well suited for professionals with practical industry experience, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to evaluate materials against defined criteria.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate event, hospitality, and service-industry documents and work products
  • Assess materials for accuracy, quality, completeness, clarity, and practical relevance
  • Provide structured and objective feedback based on established evaluation guidelines
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Apply real-world event and hospitality knowledge when assessing professional outputs
  • Review planning documents, proposals, presentations, operational materials, schedules, and other relevant work products
  • Compare and assess different outputs while maintaining consistency and sound professional judgment
  • Follow project-specific instructions, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards
  • Document observations clearly and provide actionable written feedback

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in event planning, hospitality management, guest services, event operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and reading comprehension
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to evaluate professional materials using structured guidelines

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong document analysis and review capabilities
  • Practical understanding of event planning, hospitality operations, or service delivery
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies, quality issues, and missing information
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and well-reasoned written feedback
  • Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and project guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in event management, hotel or hospitality operations, venue management, catering, guest experience, travel services, or related industries
  • Experience preparing or reviewing event proposals, budgets, schedules, operational plans, presentations, or client-facing materials
  • Experience coordinating vendors, clients, guests, internal teams, or other stakeholders
  • Familiarity with event-management, hospitality, scheduling, CRM, or productivity platforms
  • Experience in quality assurance, document review, research, or structured evaluation projects is a plus

  • Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada
  • Strong English communication skills are required
  • Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and independently

Engagement Details

  • Fully remote opportunity
  • Flexible work arrangement based on project requirements and agreed timelines
  • Project scope, duration, and workload may vary depending on business needs and performance
  • Strong contributors may have opportunities to participate in additional evaluation projects

Contract and Payment Terms

  • Engagement will be on an independent contractor basis
  • Work can be completed remotely and according to the agreed project schedule
  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance
  • The work will not require access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to any current or former employer, client, or institution
  • Payments will be made weekly based on services rendered through available payment platforms
  • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for this opportunity
