EASY PC SOLUTIONS LIMITED subsidiary UKEvents.net is currently looking for event hosts.

Role Description

The Event Host and Coordinator role is a remote position responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting virtual and occasionally in-person events that promote the company’s services and engage clients and prospects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing invitations and registrations, preparing event agendas, and ensuring smooth event delivery using online meeting platforms. The role involves welcoming attendees, facilitating introductions, moderating discussions or presentations, and providing clear information about services and offers. The Event Host and Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to align event content with business objectives, gather feedback from participants, and support post-event follow-up activities such as sharing materials and responding to inquiries. This position requires consistent communication with stakeholders and proactive management of timelines and resources.

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional writing for event materials and attendee correspondence.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive attendee experiences, responding to questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Experience with Training or facilitation, such as guiding sessions, supporting presenters, or delivering basic introductions to services and tools.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage coordination for occasional in-person events, including managing vendor communication and basic hospitality arrangements.
  • Sales awareness or experience, including the ability to highlight service benefits, support lead generation, and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
  • Comfort with remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms, digital registration tools, and basic office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Prior experience in event hosting, event coordination, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; familiarity with IT or software services is an advantage.
