Experienced Event Lead/Coordinator for World's Biggest Sustainability Film Festival & Awards, London at Curzon Soho
Fri 6th NOV (2-7pm)
Should be available on 30th Oct (10.30-11.30am) as well for technical rehearsal.
What difference will you make?
At least 85% of people who first came to learn about the UN SDGs via the film festival were not aware of those at all, until now! This can give you an idea of the need for this initiative to educate the common man about the UN SDGs, its significance and the importance of inspiring them to act on the UN SDGs.
Your initiatives will ensure that the film festival gets even more notoriety and visibility, thus improving its ability to educate more people about the UN SDGs, boost the festival's public profile, increase the festival's participation, and enhance the support from individuals and organisations.

What are we looking for?
- Event Management: Proven expertise in planning, managing and executing events and awards (100+ attendee)
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with vendors, partners, and team members.
- Time Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, ensuring that every element of the event is delivered seamlessly.
- Problem-Solving: Adaptable and ability to navigate unforeseen challenges, ensuring smooth event flow.
- Brand Alignment: Aligning with the mission and values of the festival and deliver in line with the goals of the event.

You should be based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Event planning and delegation: Work with the leadership and team on event plans that resonate with our target audience, aligning with the mission of the festival and awards.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects, from venue arrangement, Red-carpet logistics to SRP, to on-the-day coordination at the venue.
- Stakeholder collaboration and execution: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage and coordinate: Help and assist celebrity guests and other participants at the award ceremony.
