Events Logistics Manager
Location: Hybrid (UK)

Are you an experienced event logistics professional who thrives on delivering world-class events from concept through to completion?
We're partnering with a global organisation to recruit an Events Logistics Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile international programmes. This is an opportunity to join an established, collaborative team responsible for creating exceptional event experiences across EMEA and beyond.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the full logistics lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. Working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and venues worldwide, you'll be responsible for creating seamless attendee experiences while managing budgets, compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end logistics delivery of multiple international events.
- Manage programme budgets, forecasting, reconciliation and cost savings.
- Source and negotiate with venues, hotels and suppliers globally.
- Oversee room layouts, catering, transportation and delegate logistics.
- Drive health & safety, compliance and risk management across all events.
- Deliver creative off-site experiences, team-building activities and CSR programmes.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers to ensure exceptional quality, service and value.
- Oversee onsite event delivery, resolving issues calmly under pressure.
- Reconcile invoices and ensure accurate financial reporting post-event.
- Identify continuous improvements and innovative ideas to enhance future programmes.
- Support wider team projects and provide cover for colleagues when required.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with outstanding stakeholder management.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing complex corporate events or conferences.
- Strong venue sourcing and supplier negotiation experience.
- Excellent budget management and commercial awareness.
- Experience delivering events across multiple locations.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A calm, proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with health & safety and event compliance.
- Confidence working with senior executives and international stakeholders.
