Role Description
The Event Management Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-caliber virtual and in-person events for Europe Luxs® participants. Daily activities include:

- Developing event concepts and agendas
- Managing timelines and logistics
- Liaising with speakers, sponsors, and VIP guests
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Overseeing invitations, registrations, and attendee communication
- Supporting marketing efforts to promote events across appropriate channels
- Preparing post-event reports, gathering feedback, and continuously improving event formats to uphold the brand’s standards of excellence and discretion

Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including experience organizing high-profile or executive-level events
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and prepare clear event documentation
- Training and facilitation skills to brief internal staff, speakers, and partners on event protocols and expectations
- Marketing skills to support event promotion, audience engagement, and brand-aligned messaging
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in luxury, finance, or high-net-worth client environments; strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency with virtual event platforms and productivity tools; and a track record of working effectively in remote, international settings
