Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Manager based in Sheffield (3 days), allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-end events, social meet-ups, and bespoke experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, liaising with venues, partners and service providers, managing budgets, overseeing event staffing, and ensuring exceptional attendee experiences. The role also involves post-event evaluations and contributing to the continuous improvement of the club's event offerings.

  • Event planning and management experience, including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders and fostering partnerships
  • Proficiency in budget management and time management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service and ensuring a high-quality guest experience
  • Proficiency with event management software and digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and hybrid work environment
  • Passion for the automotive industry or prior experience in a related sector is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel and work weekends for events
