EMEA Events Manager – London
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced EMEA Events Manager to lead and support the planning and delivery of live and digital events across EMEA.
You will manage events including conferences, partner summits, executive meetings, and customer/prospect events, covering end-to-end planning, logistics, budgets, suppliers, venues, registration, speakers, catering, technical production, and event communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead event planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
- Manage venues, contracts, suppliers, and external vendors.
- Develop and manage event budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, speakers, sponsors, and event teams.
- Build and manage project timelines and deliver events within agreed deadlines.
- Support large pan-EMEA programmes and continuously improve event processes.
- Analyse attendee/partner feedback and identify improvements.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in event project management or conference production.
- Strong vendor, supplier, venue, and budget management experience.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent events/projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs skills.
- Experience delivering live and/or digital events.
- EMEA/international event experience is highly desirable.
- French or German would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for event delivery.
