As Delegate Manager, you’ll take ownership of the delegate journey across multiple events, working closely with clients, venues and specialist suppliers to ensure every detail is planned, coordinated and delivered seamlessly.
The Role
This is a hands-on position with genuine responsibility for the delegate function, from initial registration and accommodation through to onsite delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing delegate logistics across large-scale events, including registration and inbox management
- Managing registration and accommodation across multiple events simultaneously
- Designing and developing registration sites using platforms such as Cvent and EventsAir
- Preparing rooming lists, transfer manifests, BEOs, departure notices, welcome letters and other delegate documentation
- Monitoring and reporting on registration data and delegate statistics
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, external experts and delegates
- Managing relationships with venues, congress registration teams, housing bureaux, DMCs, concierge teams and other third-party suppliers
- Attending planning meetings, preparing minutes and managing actions through to completion.
