This individual must be able to work under pressure, can multi-task, and lead projects with strong project management and leadership skills. We are also looking for someone who is creative, organised, forward-thinking, and has a keen attention to detail. Someone who is fun, polite, and outgoing would also be a bonus!

- Research current event trends, new ideas, entertainment, and venues, shaping compelling and creative event concepts.
- Develop and strengthen supplier relationships, negotiating rates and contracts on behalf of the business.
- Support Directors with business development, including pitching for new business and contributing proactively and imaginatively to company growth.
- Oversee delivery and on-site management of events across a variety of locations, troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan and organise your own workload and that of your project team, setting and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, documentation, and event delivery standards across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
