Product Events Marketing Manager (EMEA)

Contract Duration: September 1, 2026 – January 22, 2027

Location: London (Finsbury Circus) – Travel required across EMEA

Industry: Enterprise Technology & Networking Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, high-performing Product Events Marketing Manager to join a world-class technology group expanding its marketing operations across the EMEA region (UK&I, Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

Operating within an integrated field and product marketing team, you will lead end-to-end event program management for a market-leading networking and workplace technology portfolio. This dynamic role focuses on driving product demand, deepening customer and partner engagement, and directly generating and accelerating sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Portfolio Execution: Lead the end-to-end management and execution of a diverse regional event portfolio, including large-scale executive exchanges, customer advisory boards, product roadshows, and intimate customer roundtables across EMEA.
  • Audience Acquisition & Targeting: Partner with regional sales, country marketing teams, telemarketing agencies, and SDR teams to build target account lists and execute effective attendee acquisition strategies.
  • Partner & Agency Management: Collaborate with regional channel partners on joint event initiatives. Manage external event agencies, vendor procurement processes, and event budgets to ensure flawless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Advisory: Serve as an internal SME on event marketing best practices, consulting with cross-functional business units to align event formats with strategic KPIs.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights: Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track campaign performance, monitor lead lifecycles, and optimize event ROI. Synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate event performance, strategic progress, and future recommendations.

  • Event Specialist: Expertise across the entire event lifecycle—from concept and design to execution (physical/virtual) and post-event analysis.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
  • Ops & Tech Savvy: Strong grasp of marketing automation, lead management systems, and their technical integration with modern event platforms.
  • Meticulous Project Manager: Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and an uncompromising commitment to data integrity and tracking.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in a supportive, close-knit team culture that values collaboration, mutual support, and achieving shared wins.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Experience in product marketing, event marketing, or event operations—ideally within the B2B tech industry.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required for event execution.
