Event Manager - International Law Firm - Permanent & Hybrid
If you're an experienced Events Manager who thrives on delivering high-profile client events while leading and developing a talented team, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Joining a highly regarded international law firm, you'll take ownership of the firm's events programme across the UK and international offices, overseeing everything from intimate client roundtables to flagship conferences and hospitality events.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Partners, and the wider Business Development & Marketing function to ensure every event supports the firm's strategic objectives and enhances client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing events team.
- Creating and delivering an innovative firm-wide events strategy.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Working closely with Partners and BD teams to maximise ROI and client engagement.
- Overseeing budgets, suppliers, venues, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
- Driving continuous improvements to processes, reporting, and event effectiveness.
