About The Venue
The Brewery is an awarding winning event venue in the heart of City of London, delivering events from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have twelve rooms within The Brewery Venue and are still expanding.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and driven Event Manager to join our Event Delivery team at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, on a zero-hour casual basis.
The Brewery is an award-winning event venue in the heart of the City of London, delivering exceptional events ranging from large-scale corporate functions to intimate private gatherings. We pride ourselves on delivering faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to post-event follow-up meetings. With twelve unique event spaces and continued growth, The Brewery remains one of London's leading destination venues.

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every event is delivered to the highest possible standard, exceeding the expectations of both organisers and guests. You will oversee event operations on the day, coordinate multiple departments, and ensure seamless event delivery from setup through to completion.
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. You will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record managing large-scale events (500+ guests)
- Strong background in F&B operations, venue management, events, or luxury hospitality
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends

- Manage the operational delivery of events across the venue
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and organisers during events
- Coordinate venue teams to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
- Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Manage event timelines, staffing requirements, and operational logistics
- Resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure successful outcomes
