JOB DESCRIPTION:
Event Operations
- Produce event run sheets and operational documents
- Deliver private hire events from enquiry through to completion
- Ensure smooth event execution and accurate documentation

Artist & DJ Management
- Manage DJ and artist logistics, including travel, hotels and hospitality
- Coordinate technical requirements with operational teams
- Act as the main point of contact for artists and their management
Promoter & Client Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with external promoters, agencies and event partners
- Manage onboarding and communications
- Handle guest lists and promoter allocations

Ticketing & Revenue
- Manage ticketing platforms and event listings
- Build ticket structures, pricing and release strategies
- Monitor ticket sales and work closely with marketing team for future campaigns
Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in events, hospitality, nightlife or live events preferred
- Familiarity with Resident Advisor, Dice, SevenRooms, Google Drive, Canva and Microsoft Office desirable
