Event Operations Specialist | Dublin | 6-Month Contract
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months
Join one of the world's leading global technology companies and play a key role in delivering high-profile employee events across EMEA. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Event Operations professional who enjoys fast-paced environments, thrives on execution, and wants to work on events ranging from wellbeing initiatives to large-scale company experiences for 400–700+ attendees.
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years' experience in event operations, event production, hospitality, or large-scale corporate events.
- Proven experience delivering events for 400–600+ attendees from planning through on-site execution.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running and manage event logistics independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams and external vendors.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing event budgets, processing invoices, and supporting procurement activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site execution of employee events, ensuring smooth delivery and an outstanding attendee experience.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and vendors during event setup and delivery.
- Execute established event playbooks while ensuring operational excellence throughout each event.
- Manage event invoices and support procurement processes through to successful payment.
- Track event budgets, operational metrics, and provide reporting on event outcomes.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders across EMEA and APAC.
- Support a varied programme of events throughout the year, including large company-wide activations, wellbeing initiatives, and leadership events.
