Event Project Manager / Junior Project Manager

Location: Midlands (2 Days In-Office Preferred | 1 Day Considered | Hybrid)

On their behalf, we are looking for project management talent—at either Project Manager or Junior PM level—who thrives in the fast-paced energy of an event agency, loves owning projects end-to-end, and wants to make a real impact within a growing business.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be a core player in bridging creative concepts and physical execution. Managing projects across corporate conferences, brand activations, and live experiential events, you'll ensure every detail is delivered to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Owning the full event lifecycle—taking briefs from initial planning and venue sourcing through to live execution, post-event debriefs, and reconciliation.
• Client Engagement: Acting as a trusted, primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication and collaborative account management.
• Budget & Logistics Control: Managing project timelines, supplier negotiations, and budget trackers with commercial discipline.
• On-Site Operations: Leading on the floor—coordinating AV tech, crew, set builders, and venue teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Supplier & Partner Management: Building strong relationships with key suppliers and production partners to secure top-tier execution and competitive rates.
