Job Title

You lead the organization of all internal and external events and conferences across our APAC regions, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation.

This encompasses:

  • Conferences we attend to promote our products and services per year (virtual and in-person)
  • Smaller and larger events hosted by our team per year (including virtual events, webinars, and in-person events on location)

Responsibilities

The Event Manager is responsible for tracking conferences and coordinating event marketing, participant registration, fee payments, local vendor confirmations, speaker management, logistics, budget, and more for in-person events, virtual events, conferences, and webinars. This includes external events (conferences and trade shows) and internal events hosted by Faria.

We expect the event coordinator to follow established event management templates and, over time, improve them. Key responsibilities include:

  • Moderate virtual events and webinars
  • Support the marketing team with event and conference campaigns
  • Manage the event email and provide world-class customer service to clients, prospects, and vendors
  • Track event and conference data and return on investment in order to analyze the data to inform decisions
  • Other duties as assigned

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
