Job Description

As an Event Manager - Brand Experiences you’ll take ownership of delivering premium global brand experiences and events that engage executives, partners, VIPs and fans. Acting as a senior delivery lead, you’ll manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, translating strategy into high-quality execution.

You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability, challenging the status quo, evolving experiences and driving commercial opportunity. Working closely with internal teams and partners, including McLaren Automotive, you’ll ensure a consistent, world-class brand experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent events, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline and budget.
  • Act as a senior delivery lead, managing complexity, risk and key decisions across stakeholders.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
  • Own project budgets, track spend and identify efficiencies while protecting guest experience.
  • Manage event governance, including documentation, schedules, and critical path planning.
  • Lead on-site delivery, overseeing teams, suppliers and maintaining a calm, controlled environment.
  • Coordinate logistics, assets, production and international event requirements.
  • Embed sustainable practices across projects and deliver post-event reporting and insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and future programme development, supporting junior team members where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
