Xoople is Earth’s System of Record™
About the Role
As Events Manager, you will own Xoople’s events strategy and execution end-to-end, from flagship industry conferences and trade shows to customer and partner activations. This is a builder role for someone excited to help shape and mature how Xoople shows up at events globally, bringing structure, rigour, and commercial thinking to how we evaluate, deliver, and measure impact.
You will partner closely with Marketing and Sales to make events a high-impact channel for brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
Impact You Own
- Own the annual events calendar and budget, aligning event investments with commercial priorities, major company initiatives, and product launches.
- Evaluate event opportunities thoughtfully, building a clear case for where Xoople should invest, show up, sponsor, speak, or step back.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, collateral, staffing, on-site activation, follow-up, and reporting.
- Turn event activity into measurable outcomes through lead capture, clean sales handoff, ROI tracking, and post-event review.
- Secure and coordinate speaking opportunities, helping prepare Xoople leaders and subject matter experts for industry events.
- Lead vendor, venue, and organiser relationships, including commercial negotiations and supplier coordination.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
