Global Events Manager

Do you thrive on taking world-class trade shows from concept to flawless execution?
We're looking for an experienced events professional to take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile international trade shows and exhibitions.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the complete event lifecycle, shaping event strategy, delivering exceptional attendee experiences, and driving commercial impact across major global exhibitions.
You'll be the person responsible for making sure every event runs seamlessly, from initial planning and budgeting through to onsite delivery and post-event analysis.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
- Owning large-scale international trade shows from concept through to post-event evaluation.
- Building event strategies, objectives, budgets, timelines, and project plans.
- Managing stand design, build, production, and exhibitor experiences.
- Coordinating agencies, suppliers, contractors, and venue partners.
- Overseeing logistics, travel, accommodation, and onsite operations.
- Collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to maximise event impact and ROI.
- Leading onsite event delivery and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience owning end-to-end trade show, exhibition, or large-scale event programmes.
- Strong project management and budget ownership experience.
- Expertise managing agencies, suppliers, venues, and external partners.
- Experience delivering events with complex logistics and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Experience operating within fast-paced commercial environments.
