We’re hiring: Events Manager – London

We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join one of our London clients to lead the delivery of UK and international pharmaceutical meetings, congresses, and events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves end-to-end event management, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoys working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing pharmaceutical events from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation
  • Managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, venues, and logistics
  • Coordinating speakers, HCP contracts, travel, accommodation, and delegates
  • Managing registration platforms such as Cvent
  • Building strong client relationships and providing strategic event solutions
  • Ensuring events are delivered to the highest standards and in line with ABPI, EFPIA, and GDPR requirements
  • Managing multiple projects and stakeholders across a diverse client portfolio

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing pharmaceutical meetings, congresses, or events
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and audit close-out processes
  • Experience with speaker contracts and logistics
  • UK & international event delivery experience
  • Strong budget management and financial reconciliation skills
  • Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required
  • A curious, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for using AI and emerging technology in the workplace
