Looking for a Talented Event Manager
We are looking for a talented Event Manager to lead our Event department. If you are interested in event planning, increasing sales, and a chance to grow your career in one of the UK’s top hospitality groups, this is the role for you!
As an Event Manager, you have the opportunity to develop and mentor your own team, help set specific financial targets for your location, and be a brand ambassador in your community. You will work one on one with our Sales Manager and our clients to build their event while ensuring your team provides flawless execution. You are responsible for driving operations for the property, as well as attending events such as golf tournaments, bridal/trade shows, and networking opportunities to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control the Event Operations of the restaurant/hotel at an excellent level while maintaining and abiding by all standards, policies, and/or procedures set forth by our company.
- Providing leadership, training, and mentorship for our event team.
- Identifying skill and leadership potential in your crew and developing those exceptional individuals into management roles within our company.
- Banquet event execution and managing quality assurance.
- Managing clients and customer service.
- Banquet Inventory planning and labor control.
- Expert scheduling.
- Managing and submitting weekly financial reporting regarding banquet sales, targets, and labor control.
- Attending weekly BEO meetings with the Chef to ensure culinary excellence.
