About Acuiti

Acuiti is a market intelligence platform designed to provide senior executives in global derivatives markets with high-value insight into industry-wide performance and business operations.

We are committed to delivering unique insights through regular publication of reports and whitepapers. These are driven by input from our exclusive network of senior decision-makers, who offer expert analysis on the most important trends shaping the market.

In addition to our publishing arm, we host a well-established portfolio of small, highly focused international events tailored for senior executives in the derivatives and ETF space. These events are known for their depth of content, exclusivity, and quality of discussion.

At Acuiti, we pride ourselves on a culture that blends curiosity with accountability. We're a small, tight-knit team where initiative is encouraged, and everyone's contribution is visible and valued. We support continuous learning, offer real ownership of projects from day one, and foster a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed - regardless of title.

The Role

As Events Manager, you will own the planning and delivery of Acuiti's global events programme. With over 25 international events each year, you'll be responsible for ensuring every event runs seamlessly from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event review.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. You'll be trusted to manage multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions independently, solve problems before they arise and keep numerous stakeholders aligned. You'll report to our COO and work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, research and networks to deliver exceptional events that strengthen Acuiti's reputation within the global derivatives industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
