We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic freelance Event Managers to support a series of smaller-scale live events. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building great experiences from the ground up and is happy to get stuck into every aspect of event delivery.

Our events are intimate, fast-paced and people-focused, so we are looking for individuals who can combine excellent organisation with a practical, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of live events from set-up through to breakdown
  • Coordinate event staff, suppliers and venue teams on-site
  • Ensure smooth event operations and a high-quality guest experience
  • Support with logistics, stock management and event equipment
  • Assist with event build, styling and general set-up tasks where required
  • Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently during live events
  • Work closely with the wider team to bring each event to life

About You:

  • Previous experience managing events, activations or hospitality-led experiences
  • Background in hospitality, bar work or venue operations would be highly beneficial
  • Organised, proactive and confident working independently
  • Comfortable taking ownership while also being part of a wider team
  • Practical and willing to get involved with all aspects of event delivery
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends when required
