From princesses and Barbie-inspired parties to Toy Story-inspired characters, K-pop parties, Christmas elves and Santa’s Grottos, we create magical, high-energy experiences for children across the UK. We are looking for a confident, outgoing and highly organised Event Manager & Party Performer to join our team.
This is a varied role perfect for someone who loves performing and working with children, but who also has the confidence and organisation skills to help manage customer enquiries, bookings and events behind the scenes.
The Role
Performing & Events
- Performing as princesses and other themed characters at children’s birthday parties and events
- Hosting energetic party games, dancing and activities
- Staying confidently in character and creating a magical experience for children
- Setting up and operating our professional party equipment
- Representing Snow Princess Parties at larger events, corporate bookings and seasonal events such as Santa’s Grottos

Bookings, Sales & Administration
- Responding to new customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Helping customers choose the right party package or character
- Converting enquiries into bookings
- Managing bookings and event details
- Liaising with customers in the lead-up to their event
- Helping coordinate performers and event logistics
- General administrative support to help keep the business organised and running smoothly
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, bubbly and outgoing
- Naturally brilliant with children
- Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Confident with basic admin and technology
- Commercially minded and comfortable helping turn enquiries into bookings
- Happy working independently as well as being part of a team
- Available to work some weekends for parties and events

A performing arts, acting, musical theatre or dance background would be ideal, although personality, confidence and reliability are just as important to us.
You’ll be joining a fun, ambitious female-led company with more than 10 years of experience creating magical children’s parties across the UK.
