Position Overview

As Event Manager, you will own the full event delivery process. Your responsibilities will include onboarding clients, planning logistics, managing event delivery, client reporting and support in the post event process. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and thought leaders to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

This is a high-responsibility role suited to someone who is process-driven, organised, confident with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead clients confidently through the event journey.
  • Coordinate schedules, communication, partners, technology and logistics to deliver seamless roundtables.
  • Represent Xpanse Connect professionally in client calls, planning sessions, and live events.
  • Ensure all attendees, sponsors and speakers have a premium experience.
  • Produce polished post-event summaries and outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with our internal team to improve processes and optimise event performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in events, project management, or client delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, structured and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, tasks and people at once.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Tech-confident, comfortable with tools like Outlook, CRM systems, Zoom and planning platforms.
